WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Online Return Policy

All Orders Made On DollyKollection.com are Final.

We Do Not Accept Returns.

All "Sale" Items are Final

No Returns Allowed.

If you purchase clothing that is all white, we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for white clothing will not be accepted or allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of account.

All items purchased from DollyKollection.com are eligible for only an exchange or refund if there is a manufacturing defect for your items when they are delivered to you.

You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange/return for a defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges/returns past the 2-business day mark. At our discretion we will decide whether we will provide assistance for requests made outside the 2 business day mark. Customers must return the defective/damaged items first before any exchanges/refunds are processed.

If you received the wrong item, color, or size, please email us within the 2 day business day mark for us to provide steps to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. Customers must always return the incorrect item first.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

We reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacturing defects, which include sizing, odors, and color schemes.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be subject to account termination and restock fee for refunds up to 30%. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will result in your account withDollyKollection.com to be terminated.

Please note that unauthorized returns will result in your account being suspended. 30% Restock Fee will be applied to the Return.


Restock Fees - 30% will be applied to your refund for any return that is: not authorized or for customers who wish to return items that don't have defects/damages/or mistakes made by DollyKollection.com

All Returns must be the entire pack, example if the item comes in 2 pieces. You must return all 2 pieces, we will not allow you to keep 1 or 2 of the pieces. You must return the entire pack. Incomplete returns will result in your account being suspended, this rule applies to all items sold on DollyKollection.com

In the event you receive the wrong item we will issue you a return label for you to ship back the incorrect item, if the correct item is available we will allow you to repurchase or exchange for the correct item. If the correct item is not in stock a refund or store credit will be issued, this only applies for domestic orders.

Failure to adhere to our "Returns Policy" will result in the termination of your account with DollyKollection.com

-DollyKollection will not consider a size issue as a manufacturing defect.

-No exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

-All purchases made with gift certificates/store credit cannot be returned.


Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

1) Please email us at Info@DollyKollection.com with your Order # and the Style Number of the item.

2) We may request photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect style. If requested please email them to Info@DollyKollection.com

3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange/return, DollyKollection.com reserves the right to reject an exchange/return request if we deem the Item is not eligible for an exchange/return.

4) Once your exchange/return request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection.

5) After we have received the items, we will process any Refunds/Exchanges within 24-48 Hours.

All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements will be subject to suspension from Dollykollection.com

Pick Up Order Returns

Pick Up Orders are not allowed to Return for any reason. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check the items in their order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to report any issues when they are at our Atlanta Location. Once the order leaves our Atlanta pick up Location with the Buyer, we are no longer responsible for your order, No Exemptions.

Return Procedure

Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to info@DollyKollection.com. In the email please include 1- order number 2- items requesting to be exchanged. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package. Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY?

We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. DollyKollection.com will NOT be responsible for any custom tax/duties cost and fees. Failure to pay taxes, duties and packages being returned to us because of this will result in a 20% restock fee as well as any return shipping chargers. Your Shipping Fee will not be refunded.

To ensure proper delivery of your package, please make sure to enter the correct recipient’s full name and shipping address. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information.International Orders that are refused and returned will result in your account being suspended. We will not send orders placed with either a p.o. box billing address nor shipping address. Both addresses must be a complete address.

If the phone number provided is invalid your order will be cancelled! We must get in contact with whoever is making the purchase. Credit Card Verification

DOLLY KOLLECTION reserves the right to verify all credit card transactions made on DollyKollection.com, We will ask you to send over a copy of the credit card used to verify the name and last 4 digits of the card. This is only used to ensure the card matches the account holder's name. Failure to provide verification when prompted will result in the order being cancelled and refunded. We prohibit the use of another person's credit card/debit that does not belong to the account holder or the account holder's business. In the event another person's card is used, your order will be subject to cancellation as well as your account with us will be terminated.

Item Unavailable Refund Policy

Dolly Kollection reserves the right to refund an item from an order after the order is placed due to the item being unavailable at the time of processing. In the event the item is not available a refund for the item will be initiated and sent to the customer. The remaining order will be shipped out to the customer to avoid delays in processing times.

Order Not Received Policy

In the event your order is missing or not received, please contact us ASAP regarding your order. Please email us at info@DollyKollectio.com with your Order Number. If your order says Delivered on UPS and your order is not in your possession please email us right away. We will contact UPS on your behalf and request an investigation. In the event you do not contact us within 1-3 business days after UPS Shows a Delivered Status on the UPS Tracking, then we may not be able to assist in locating your package. Please note that if you claim your order was not received past the 1-3 business day mark from when UPS marks the order as delivered, we reserve the right to no longer grant you access to DollyKollection.com

Disputing/Chargebacks on Orders via Credit/Debit Card Or Paypal Policy

We currently have a ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to filing a Dispute/Chargeback with your Bank/Financial Institution or Paypal. Once a dispute is opened, your account will be automatically terminated. There are no exceptions for this policy, once a dispute is placed against us by your business we will no longer grant you access to DollyKollection.com regardless of the outcome.


Pick Up Order Policy

Pick Up Orders are typically ready within the same business day they are placed only upon prior arrangements being made in advance. Customers must present a VALID PHOTO ID when picking up orders at our location. All Pick Up Orders can only be picked up by the person that placed the order. We may or may not require a Credit Card Verification in which the card that was used for your order must be presented at the time of Pick Up. We will hold pick up orders for a maximum of 7 business days from when the order is placed. After 7 business days, your order will be cancelled and may incur a 30% restock fee.

WHAT ARE THE OVER NIGHT SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS?

Overnight Shipping

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of complications within the shipping carrier,& weather-related natural disasters.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TYPICALLY TAKE ?

Shipping is our main focus for new & existing customers. We know you want your items as soon as possible. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your tracking number after your order is placed and processed.

If you choose regular ground shipping at checkout for delivery of domestic orders, you can expect orders to arrive with in 4-7 business days. Priority, express, 2-day air and over night shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Please keep in mind shipping rates are based on carrier, package weight, products shipped, and distance between the ship-from and ship-to location of where your package is going.

All orders are shipped with UPS and USPS from Atlanta, Ga. Depending on your location & carrier option you select, can have your order delivered to you within 2-7 business days.
